SMS Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to SMS/text message communications from IR Plumbing LLC, operating as IR Plumbing (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
SMS Consent By providing your phone number through our website, contact form, service request form, or other communication method, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from IR Plumbing LLC related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, service updates, estimates, customer support, plumbing reminders, emergency service availability, and occasional special offers if you have opted in. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Verbal Consent for Internal SMS Notifications IR Plumbing LLC, operating as IR Plumbing, may use ClickSend to send internal SMS reply notifications to authorized staff and administrative recipients when a customer replies to a company SMS campaign or sends a message that requires follow-up. These ClickSend messages are internal business alerts only. They are not promotional and are not sent to customers through ClickSend. Before an authorized staff or administrative recipient is added to receive internal SMS reply notifications, IR Plumbing obtains verbal consent.
Verbal Consent Script IR Plumbing uses the following script to collect verbal consent from authorized staff and administrative recipients:

If the staff or administrative recipient does not agree, they are not added to receive SMS notifications.
How Consent Is Recorded and Stored IR Plumbing records and stores the following information for each authorized staff or administrative recipient who verbally consents to receive internal SMS reply notifications:

Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and phone plan.
Opt-Out Instructions You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. For internal SMS reply notifications, authorized staff and administrative recipients may also opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Opt-In Confirmation Message After verbal consent is collected for internal SMS reply notifications, IR Plumbing may send the following confirmation message: IR Plumbing Alerts: You are subscribed to receive internal SMS reply notifications. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Help Instructions For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly. For internal SMS reply notifications, IR Plumbing may send the following help message: IR Plumbing Alerts: For help with internal reply notifications, call 718-737-8466 or email innovativerenovationllc@gmail.com. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.
Supported Carriers SMS delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
